We keep this simple because our practices are simple.

What we collect

If you use our contact form, we collect your email address and whatever you write to us.

If you submit a form through one of our ads on LinkedIn or another platform, we collect the information you choose to share on that form — typically name, work email, company, job title, and company size.

When you visit our site, our ad platforms (LinkedIn Insight Tag and Meta Pixel) record standard browsing data: IP address, browser type, pages you visit, and actions like submitting a form or booking a call.

What we do with it

We use what you share to respond to you and, if you filled out a form asking for a call, to reach out about that call. We don't add you to a mailing list, sell your information, or share it with anyone outside the ad platforms described below. We retain contact information for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Advertising and Analytics

We run ads on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and LinkedIn. To measure performance and build audiences for future campaigns, we use the Meta Pixel and the LinkedIn Insight Tag. These record standard browsing data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, actions like submitting a form or booking a call) and set cookies associated with each platform. That data is shared with Meta and LinkedIn respectively.

You can opt out of Meta's interest-based advertising in your Meta ad settings and LinkedIn's in your LinkedIn ad preferences. You can also block third-party cookies in your browser or use an ad blocker. We don't use any other analytics or tracking tools.

Your rights

If you're in California, the EU, or the UK, you have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. Email us from our contact page and we'll act within 30 days.
