This notice describes how Wild Pines AI handles information through this website and inquiries about our services. For privacy questions or requests, use our contact form.

Information we collect

  • Contact: your name, email address, optional company name, and message. We use these to respond and follow up about your inquiry.
  • Booking: the contact details, meeting information, and answers you provide through Calendly. We use these to arrange and manage the conversation.
  • Assessment: we process the statements you select to provide automated suggestions. You do not need to provide contact details to use the assessment.
  • Lead forms: if you contact us through an advertisement or another platform, we receive the details you submit there and use them to respond to your request.

How we use and share information

We use information to respond to inquiries, arrange meetings, provide assessment suggestions, operate and secure our website, and understand the effectiveness of our website and advertising. We share information with service providers that support these activities. This may include contact details, submitted content, IP addresses, browser and device information, and website activity.

  • Cloudflare provides website hosting and security, including Turnstile spam protection for our contact form. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy and Turnstile’s privacy notice.
  • Resend and our email service deliver contact-form details to the founders’ mailboxes so we can reply. See Resend’s privacy policy.
  • Calendly provides booking. It loads when you request booking and processes booking details and technical information. Calendly provides its own cookie choices. See Calendly’s privacy notice.
  • Google Fonts and YouTube provide website fonts and embedded videos. Google Fonts receives technical information when fonts load. YouTube loads only after you choose to load a video and may then use cookies and receive information about your visit. See Google’s privacy policy.

Providers may process information in countries other than your own. Their privacy notices explain their processing and international-transfer practices. External demo sites and other linked websites may have different practices.

We may also disclose information where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or the security of our services.

Analytics, advertising, and browser storage

With your Analytics permission, we use Google Analytics to understand website use and measure actions such as completed bookings. It uses cookies and collects information about your browser, device, and activity. See how Google Analytics handles data.

With your Advertising permission, we use the Meta Pixel to measure visits, contact submissions, and bookings, and to support advertising. Meta receives browsing and event information and may associate it with its cookies or an account you use. See Meta’s privacy policy.

Optional analytics and advertising are off until you consent. You can accept or reject in the cookie banner, and choose categories or change your choice through in the footer. We honor Global Privacy Control by keeping advertising off.

We save your cookie preferences in your browser for six months. Withdrawing permission stops future tracking and removes the related cookies we can access, but does not undo information already sent or remove cookies controlled by other websites. You can also manage cookies in your browser, use Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on, or review your Meta advertising preferences.

The blog audio player saves volume and mute preferences in your browser’s local storage. You can remove these through your browser’s site-data settings.

Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this notice, including responding to inquiries, managing our business relationship, meeting legal obligations, and resolving disputes. Retention periods depend on the type of information, the reason it was collected, and applicable requirements. Service providers may retain information under their own policies.

Your rights and choices

You can contact us to ask about information we hold, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop following up. Depending on the law that applies, you may also have rights to access or receive a copy of your information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, or complain to a data protection authority.

Send your request through our contact form. We may need to verify your identity and will respond within the time required by applicable law. Some information may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or resolve a dispute.

We may update this notice as our services or practices change. The date above shows when it was last revised.
